  4. Happy belated birthday!!!!! It sounds like you had fun.

Portugal is a wonderful country. I went there a few years ago and loved it. Went to the Algarve region and a few days in Lisbon. If you get the chance, go to Instituto do Vinho do Porto in Lisbon. Hundreds of ports available for tasting. Let me know if you need any info on Portugal.

  8. Good luck FL. I know how hard it is to balance academia and training, but it always seems to work out. I always find a workout buddy at conferences so I can sneak away and get a good run or so in.

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

  14. Have fun with your travel. You may find that you are going to have time to run during the conferences. First sessions usually start after 8am, and there are lunch breaks and also talks that may not be relevant to your research. Good luck! Ana-Maria

  32. I'm happy to hear that someone else doesn't like to make a big deal out of their B day. Maybe it is a mid/late 20's thing? *shrugs*

No worries on the lack of blogging. There is no way that i'd be near anything that plugged in if I were on Kauai again. Soooo awesome (and green!)
